‘Adjustment’ to vie at Sedicicorto filmfest

Iranian short flick ‘Adjustment’ has made its way to the Sedicicorto International Film Festival in Italy.

Iranian short flick ‘Adjustment’ has made its way to the Sedicicorto International Film Festival in Italy.

The 15-minute film, directed by Mehrdad Hassani, will be one of Iran’s representatives at the 19th edition of the event.

‘Adjustment’ tells the story of little kid who has been shamed and pushed away by his family and friends. Having been through variety of ordeals and with a messed up mind and identity, Shahrokh, must face the people of his village and show up in the class before his classmates.

The main cast members of the flick are Mansour Nasiri, Moeen Asoudeh and Fatemeh Moradi.

The short film has already participated in a number of global events, including the aGLIFF filmfest in the US and the Oscar-qualifying Busan International Short filmfest in South Korea, where it grabbed the Grand Prix.

According to the official website of the Sedicicorto, “IranFest  - the Persian soul of Sedicicorto IFF - is back for its fourth edition, took place LIVE  in Forlì at the  Sala San Luigi, on the evenings of 15, 16, and 17 December”.
